Account Terms

Account Creation

To use Membrandt, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Use a valid email address for account verification and communication

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

Your Content and Rights

Content Ownership

License to Use

By using Membrandt, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing you with our services.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you store in Membrandt. You warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload
• Your content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Your content does not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material

Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the settings panel. Upon termination, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except as required for legal compliance.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if we determine that termination is necessary to protect our service or other users. We will provide reasonable notice when possible, except in cases involving illegal activity or security threats.
